Intervention Recovery Statistics
Treatment statistics are varied and oftentimes paint opposing pictures. Getting better. Stopping. Starting. Relapse and recovery.
“HELP!”
We hear you, and work with each family or group to maximize our effort. Every Change Plan is different – and the one element that engenders long-term success more than anything is the groups commitment to the effort being more than just a “one day deal.”
There are thousands of treatment programs nationwide and only a handful that we really love. We work with you to identify what the real needs are, and then select the right fit for the problem, finances and group.
The notion that our troubled loved one has to raise a white flag and totally surrender is a myth! We have clients say YES to help for all different reasons, and the truth is that external imposition of change – that is the friends and family helping their loved one say YES – works and is a powerful motivation to begin change!
Individuals who begin a Change Plan or enter rehab under legal pressure for example have outcomes even higher than those who enter treatment voluntarily. In the work we do, getting those struggling with addiction to say YES to help, more than 90% do just that soon after our iTeam’s very first Family Meeting. The work we do is powerful and effective.
Nationwide, many of those who complete a 30-day inpatient program will relapse within the first six-months following treatment. It’s no surprise then why Intervention Specialists’ initial enrollment agreement runs six-months minimum.
