Change Coaching Initiative (CCI)
CCI is our post-treatment case management and monitoring program that we believe is irreplaceable for those stepping into change. Modeled after the monitoring programs developed for Airline Pilots & Physicians with licensing issues, AIR builds in external accountability and compelling structure to the lives of the newly recovering, including:

• Regularly scheduled drug/alcohol screening (urinalysis or UA)
• Scheduled contact and monitoring via 1on1 Calls and Family + Friends Calls
• Monitoring across a five-point and randomized process to ensure efficacy, including therapy, intensive outpatient programs and 12-Step meeting attendance + sponsorship monitoring.
